Signature Smiles Clinic is a premier, highly-rated dental facility dedicated to delivering exceptional comprehensive care, ranging from routine oral hygiene check-ups to advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry. We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Dental Surgery Technician (DST) to join our dynamic clinical team at our Gbagada facility in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring patient comfort, and upholding our strict standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient chairside assistance to dentists during various dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare the dental surgery room, instruments, and equipment prior to patient arrival.
- Manage instrument handling, rigorous sterilisation, decontamination, and infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with inventory management of dental supplies.
- Ensure a welcoming, calm, and professional environment for patients throughout their visit.
- Demonstrate reliable availability to work scheduled Saturdays at our Gbagada clinic location.
- Relevant Dental Surgery Technician (DST) qualification and valid professional registration where applicable.
- Proven previous experience working within a busy dental clinical environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of infection control standards, sterilisation techniques, and health and safety regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, punctual, and dependable working attitude.
