Key Responsibilities- Deliver goods promptly and securely to customers across designated locations.
- Communicate professionally and politely with customers and internal team members.
- House and manage company stock efficiently.
- Provide timely delivery updates and comprehensive daily reports.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts accurately.
- Organize and optimize the daily delivery and logistics process.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, delivery, or courier services.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Personal vehicle or motorcycle is strongly preferred.
- Access to a personal computer for reporting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
