About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Database Administrator to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless flow of critical business information across our growing platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design, create, monitor, and maintain robust company databases to support high-availability financial services.
- Diagnose and resolve database performance bottlenecks, anomalies, and operational problems quickly.
- Manage database security, integrity, access permissions, and comprehensive backup procedures.
- Write and execute disaster recovery plans, data archiving, and data replication strategies.
- Collaborate with software engineers, IT project managers, and operational staff to align database performance with user requirements.
- Proactively evaluate new database technologies, systems, and schema standards for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar database-focused role.
- Extensive expertise in SQL alongside hands-on experience with MySQL, Cloud Spanner, BigTable, Clickhouse, or other modern DBMS.
- Strong understanding of database design, performance tuning, data security, and server operating systems.
