About the Role
Marquise Energy Limited is a leading provider of end-to-end engineering and EPC services, dedicated to helping critical industries streamline operations, reduce risks, and achieve project excellence. We are currently expanding our technical team and looking for three skilled and detail-oriented Data Technicians/Engineers to join us on-site. In this role, you will play a vital part in bridging the gap between field operations and engineering management by ensuring seamless data collection, verification, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, verify, and maintain comprehensive project, engineering, and field data to support ongoing operations.
- Manage daily site data, equipment records, inspection reports, and work progress logs accurately.
- Prepare detailed project reports, data sheets, interactive dashboards, and timely progress updates for stakeholders.
- Analyse operational and project data to provide actionable insights that support engineering and management decisions.
- Maintain systematic records of materials, manpower, equipment deployment, site activities, and key project milestones.
- Support document control procedures to ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of critical technical records.
- Identify data discrepancies promptly and coordinate corrective actions with relevant site and engineering teams.
- Ensure all data remains accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant with stringent project and client requirements.
- Possess a B.Sc., B.Eng., or HND in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the Oil and Gas, Construction, or heavy Engineering sectors.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, database management, and standard data analysis or reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse field and engineering teams.
