P-GAT Industries is seeking a talented Data & Performance Officer for the groundbreaking ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem, a landmark N300 billion transport modernization and green initiative revolutionizing regional logistics and transportation across Northeast Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Manage state operational data, performance indicators, dashboards, and comprehensive management reporting.
- Analyze complex operational and commercial trends to provide actionable, data-driven insights.
- Support strategic decision-making by tracking key metrics across multiple transport and logistics operations.
- Participate in assigned field activities and coordinate data collection across operational locations within Adamawa State.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, performance management, monitoring and evaluation, or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and advanced spreadsheet or data-visualization skills.
- A Master's Degree in a relevant field will be considered a distinct advantage.
