About the Role

Agary Pharmaceutical Limited is a leading national and regional marketing company specializing in the importation and distribution of medical and hospital consumables since 1992. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Warehouse Officer to manage our day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical goods and medical supplies across our supply chain network in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, organized storage, and prompt dispatch of medical goods and hospital consumables.
  • Inspect and record incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
  • Organize stock systematically in designated warehouse locations and maintain meticulously accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor stock levels through regular physical cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
  • Process, prepare, and dispatch customer orders promptly while maintaining precise documentation including Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and waybills.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the warehouse facility.
  • Maintain optimal cleanliness, organization, and security across the entire warehouse environment.
  • Coordinate effectively with the procurement, logistics, and sales departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
  • Identify, document, and report any damaged goods, stock shortages, or operational discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in warehouse operations or inventory management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern inventory control systems and warehousing best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or specialized inventory management software.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and high level of data accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
