About the Role
Hydrogen Payment Services Company Limited (Hydrogen Pay), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Access Corporation, is building an end-to-end payment infrastructure to seamlessly connect businesses and financial institutions across Africa. We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in translating complex business and marketing data into strategic, data-driven decisions that propel our innovative payment solutions forward.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify actionable business trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track performance metrics.
- Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources to establish a unified view of business operations.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support regular executive reviews and business strategy.
- Ensure stringent data governance and quality assurance through regular audits, data reconciliations, and validation checks.
- Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and communicate complex findings clearly.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within reporting and data pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong SQL proficiency with demonstrable expertise in handling large datasets and data modeling concepts.
- Hands-on technical experience with Power BI and Python or similar tools for data visualization and automation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical data into commercial insights.
