About the Role
erpSOFTapp is a leading team of experienced business and IT professionals specializing in large-scale enterprise system implementations for global companies. We leverage our cross-sector international expertise to help organizations improve their operations and implement Odoo ERP systems to secure a lasting competitive advantage. We are currently looking for a motivated and articulate Business Analyst to join our growing team on a hybrid basis, combining 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the successful implementation and configuration of Odoo enterprise systems.
- Translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Work independently with minimal supervision once tasks are clearly defined by the project lead.
- Coordinate with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Adapt quickly to new challenges and continuously learn emerging enterprise technologies.
- Must be well-spoken with an excellent and proper command of the English language.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in standard business tools and software.
- Smart, proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn new enterprise solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision while maintaining high productivity.
