We are currently seeking a strategic and innovative Data, Analytics & AI Lead to spearhead our data-driven transformation. In this pivotal role, you will harness the power of data analytics, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence to optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and deliver strategic value across our diverse business units in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end data analytics, business intelligence, and AI solutions.
- Establish robust data governance frameworks, data modeling practices, and ensure responsible AI implementation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional business units to identify growth opportunities through actionable data insights.
- Manage cloud data platforms and oversee the integration of advanced reporting tools like Power BI.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI solutions, to maintain our competitive edge in the real estate sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, IT, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, AI, or digital transformation.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and advanced Power BI utilization.
- Proven hands-on experience with cloud data platforms and implementing AI or Generative AI solutions in a business environment.
- Professional certifications such as PL-300 or relevant Azure, AWS, and GCP data/AI credentials are highly desirable.
