We are currently looking for a dynamic Data Analyst to transform organizational data into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, operational efficiency, customer understanding, and executive decision-making across our growing enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure data integrity.
- Analyze complex business and operational data to uncover critical insights.
- Develop interactive dashboards and comprehensive performance reports.
- Identify emerging trends, business patterns, and operational anomalies.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Design and develop automated reporting solutions to streamline workflows.
- Support key performance indicator development and ongoing monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with various business teams to define analytical requirements.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and thorough technical documentation.
- Present clear, data-driven insights to management and key stakeholders.
- B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience in data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL database querying.
- Demonstrated experience building visual reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of Python or R is considered a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.
