About the Role
Marquise Energy is a leading provider of end-to-end engineering and EPC services, dedicated to helping critical industries streamline operations, reduce risks, and achieve project excellence. We are currently expanding our analytical team and looking for three (3) talented Data Analysts to join us in driving operational efficiency and strategic growth across our Oil and Gas and Energy Services divisions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze complex datasets generated from oil and gas field operations, project management, maintenance, and fabrication.
- Develop, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for executive decision-making.
- Process, clean, and validate large volumes of operational, HSE, procurement, and commercial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and project teams to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-backed solutions.
- Translate technical data findings into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project execution, manpower utilization, and equipment maintenance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the Oil and Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Industrial Services sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and Power Query.
- Demonstrated experience in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database management is an added advantage.
