We are currently seeking a talented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in collecting, processing, and interpreting complex datasets to evaluate social impact and optimize program outcomes for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators for various social impact projects.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to identify actionable trends.
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants to translate data insights into strategic recommendations for donors and stakeholders.
- Conduct rigorous data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy in all deliverables and research publications.
- Facilitate data literacy training and workshops for internal teams and partner organizations across the nonprofit sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the development sector, NGOs, or consulting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and statistical software like R, Python, or SPSS.
- Strong command of advanced Excel and database management systems (SQL).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex technical data to non-technical audiences.
