We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across all levels of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources including sales, operations, and customer interactions.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using modern BI tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track organizational metrics to evaluate business growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, Relationship Management, and Leadership teams to uncover actionable insights and emerging trends.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, digestible presentations and strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Streamline reporting processes and drive continuous improvement through rigorous data modeling and performance analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and robust data modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Working knowledge of SQL and fundamental database management principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Prior experience analyzing sales, operational, or customer data within the Nigerian market is a strong advantage.
