About the Role
Beveledge Interior Designs is a premier indigenous brand renowned for manufacturing high-end furniture and creating timeless, functional spaces for clients across Nigeria. We are seeking an experienced, confident, and customer-centric professional to serve as the single point of contact for each client following payment confirmation. In this pivotal role, you will manage the complete customer journey from order receipt and production tracking through to delivery and post-sales engagement, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and luxury experience that embodies our brand promise.
Key Responsibilities- Handle order confirmation and manage comprehensive client onboarding processes.
- Coordinate closely with the production team to track manufacturing and commissioning milestones.
- Maintain proactive, transparent communication and provide regular updates to clients.
- Collaborate with quality control to ensure all furniture meets our high standards before dispatch.
- Manage logistics and coordinate safe, timely deliveries to client locations.
- Oversee post-sales support and drive exceptional customer experience management.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through continuous engagement.
- Handle accurate reporting and documentation of all customer interactions and order statuses.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service, sales support, or client relationship management, preferably within interior design, furniture, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Aged between 27 and 40 years.
- Proficiency in CRM software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Active familiarity with digital communication channels including WhatsApp Business, email, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proximity to Wawa, along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State, is a strong added advantage.
