About the Role
Beveledge Interior Designs is an indigenous brand renowned for manufacturing high-end furniture and creating timeless, functional spaces for clients across Nigeria. We are currently seeking an experienced, confident, and customer-centric professional to serve as the single point of contact for each client after payment confirmation. In this pivotal role, you will manage the full customer lifecycle—from order receipt and production coordination through to delivery and post-sales engagement—ensuring a seamless, transparent, and premium experience that reflects our brand promise.
Key Responsibilities- Manage order confirmation and seamless client onboarding processes
- Coordinate closely with production and commissioning teams to track order progress
- Maintain proactive client communication, providing regular updates on project timelines
- Collaborate with quality control to ensure all manufactured items meet high standards
- Oversee logistics and delivery coordination for timely project completion
- Drive post-sales support and overall customer experience management
- Foster positive client engagement and long-term relationship management
- Handle reporting and documentation for all customer accounts and interactions
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service, sales support, or client relationship management
- Background in interior design, furniture, manufacturing, or construction is a strong advantage
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
- Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
- Comfortable utilizing digital communication tools such as WhatsApp Business, email, SMS, and social media
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Preferred age range between 27 and 40 years
- Proximity to Wawa along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State, is an added advantage
