CeraCerni's Art Hub is a unique art space offering an immersive experience of art in various forms and styles. We present a plethora of art activities for participants to engage in, allowing them to discover their latent creative potential through hands-on involvement. We are currently seeking a vibrant and customer-centric Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all studio visitors with a warm, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Provide comprehensive information about our art activities, workshops, and immersive experiences.
- Manage customer inquiries and bookings seamlessly across both online channels and in-person interactions.
- Assist participants patiently, guiding them through studio offerings to ensure a memorable and engaging creative experience.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front-of-house environment that reflects our artistic brand.
- Resolve any customer issues or feedback promptly with a patient and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a genuinely warm and approachable personality.
- High level of patience, empathy, and a strong solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable and proficient in managing customer communications both online (social media, email, chat) and in person.
- A passion for arts, culture, and creative expression is an added advantage.
