About the Role
Han's Munchies Ng is a premier, full-scale commercial bakery and food service enterprise based in Lagos, Nigeria, specializing in high-volume production, premium customized confectionery, and inclusive dietary food solutions. We are currently looking for a vibrant and professional Customer Service Officer to be the primary point of contact for our individual, corporate, and event clients, ensuring seamless communication and unforgettable customer experiences at our Orisunbare location.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome walk-in customers warmly, attending to their inquiries and orders promptly.
- Manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Process customer orders accurately for standard bakery items and premium customized confectionery.
- Resolve client complaints and issues efficiently, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills to retain customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with the production and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of corporate and event orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints in the company database.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing as required.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably within the hospitality, food service, or retail sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and social media channels for business.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside within Orisunbare or easily accessible areas in Lagos.
