About the Role
Devtek is a leader in the water and environmental service supply industry, dedicated to installing international-standard systems for potable water and eco-friendly wastewater solutions. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Experience Executive to join our growing team in Lekki, Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our reputation for excellence by ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and support for all water and environmental management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve overall customer experience and drive brand loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure service delivery meets and exceeds client expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on customer feedback, market trends, and satisfaction metrics for management review.
- Manage and update client databases accurately using internal CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in customer relationship management, customer success, or a similar commercial role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and meticulous organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern CRM software.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian corporate market, particularly in Lagos, will be a strong advantage.
