About the Role
Polaris Digitech Limited is an efficiently well-run company of professionals set on impacting the planning and implementation of Rural and Urban Development and Infrastructure in Nigeria through the development and deployment of Geo-information Management Systems. We are currently seeking a smart and highly reliable Customer Address Verification Agent based in Abia State to join our dynamic field operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for physically visiting and confirming residential and business addresses on behalf of the company, ensuring accurate reporting, anti-fraud compliance, and timely data submission.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct physical visits to residential and business addresses assigned across various communities within Abia State.
- Capture accurate geotagged photographs, GPS coordinates, and relevant physical landmarks using mobile devices.
- Verify supporting identity and address documents such as utility bills and government IDs on-site.
- Compile and submit comprehensive reports efficiently via our digital verification app and portal.
- Interact professionally with customers, local leaders, and property owners to validate residence or business operations.
- Identify and flag discrepancies, false address claims, or suspicious behavior immediately to your supervisor.
- Must currently reside in Abia State with extensive and practical knowledge of local routes, streets, and community layouts.
- Minimum educational qualification of SSCE, OND, or NCE.
- Tech-savvy, smart, and proficient in using smartphones, GPS navigation apps, and digital reporting platforms.
- Fluent in both English and local languages, particularly Igbo, with strong interpersonal skills for smooth on-site interactions.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and zero tolerance for fraudulent reporting or compromised data collection.
- Willingness and physical capability to commute across various communities in Abia State on a daily basis.
