Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, curriculum-compliant lessons in Cultural and Creative Arts to junior and senior secondary students.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cover visual arts, music, drama, and craft in alignment with international and national educational standards.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous artistic development.
- Create a vibrant, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages self-expression and cultural appreciation.
- Organize and supervise school art exhibitions, cultural day events, and dramatic presentations.
- Integrate Christian values and biblical principles into daily classroom instruction and student mentorship.
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related creative discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated teaching experience in Cultural and Creative Arts within a reputable secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage diverse learners effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
