Covenant Foundation Schools (CFS), Abuja is a reputable, private educational institution established in 2009 that provides a comprehensive, 21st-century standard curriculum across multiple academic levels. We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Christian Religious Studies (CRS) Teacher to join our esteemed faculty in shaping the spiritual and academic lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive Christian Religious Studies lessons in accordance with the approved school curriculum.
- Instill strong moral values, ethics, and integrity in students through impactful teachings and personal example.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning and spiritual growth.
- Participate actively in school events, chapel services, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to enhance the overall educational experience and moral upbringing of students.
- Possess a minimum of a NCE, B.Ed, B.A (Ed), or B.A in Christian Religious Studies or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of teaching experience within a recognized primary or secondary school environment.
- Deep understanding of Christian doctrines, biblical principles, and modern pedagogical techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- High level of personal integrity, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development and education.
