Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Christian Religious Studies lessons in accordance with the approved secondary school curriculum.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages moral discipline, spiritual growth, and critical thinking aligned with the school ethos.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Participate actively in school devotions, moral instruction programs, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to enhance student discipline and overall academic performance.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.A. (Ed), or B.A. in Christian Religious Studies, Theology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of cognate teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian secondary school curriculum and modern pedagogical techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
