Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive CRK lessons aligned with the approved curriculum and school standards.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and morally upright classroom environment that encourages spiritual and intellectual growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and comprehensive reports to parents and school management.
- Participate in school-wide moral guidance, extracurricular activities, and character-building programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate 21st-century teaching techniques and enhance the overall learning experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in CRK or related subjects.
- In-depth knowledge of 21st-century teaching techniques and modern classroom management strategies.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills to effectively engage students and parents.
- Relevant educational qualifications (NCE, B.Ed, or B.A with PGDE) in Christian Religious Studies or a related field.
