Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed credit analysis, financial modeling, and ratio analysis for various portfolios.
- Develop, implement, and monitor robust credit risk models and portfolio exposure metrics.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports and present actionable findings to executive management.
- Track and analyze macroeconomic indicators and regulatory trends impacting credit portfolios.
- Ensure adherence to internal risk policies and external regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or ICAN will be an added advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in credit risk analysis, preferably within a bank or investment firm in Nigeria.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and data analysis tools, with Python or R considered a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of credit risk frameworks and local regulatory requirements.
