We are currently seeking a dedicated Credit Reviewer with native or bilingual fluency in Hausa to join our risk management team. Key Responsibilities- Review, process, and analyze consumer and business credit applications efficiently.
- Assess financial risk and recommend appropriate approval, denial, or modification of credit terms.
- Verify the authenticity and accuracy of all submitted customer documentation and financial data.
- Communicate effectively with applicants in Hausa to gather missing information or clarify details when necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing credit findings and risk evaluations for management.
- Ensure full compliance with internal credit policies, CBN guidelines, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Minimum of an NCE certificate, National Diploma, or equivalent academic qualification.
- Professional fluency in both spoken and written Hausa and English languages.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in credit analysis, loan processing, customer service, or financial review is an added advantage.
