We are currently seeking a results-driven and analytical Credit Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities- Market and sell a diverse portfolio of loan and investment products to prospective individual and corporate clients.
- Evaluate loan applications meticulously, assess credit risk, and ensure strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain lasting, profitable client relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets.
- Drive deposit mobilization initiatives and actively work to reduce non-performing loans (NPLs) within your assigned portfolio.
- Recognize early warning signs and closely monitor client accounts to anticipate and report changes in risk ratings.
- Proactively identify potential issues and restructure credit relationships to mitigate future financial risks.
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in credit marketing, loan sales, or risk assessment within the Nigerian financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of CBN regulations, credit policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
