About the Role
Lotus Capital Limited is a full-service ethical investment management company specializing in Asset Management, Private Wealth Management, and Financial Advisory services. As a pioneer in non-interest finance in Nigeria and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), we have consistently driven capital market growth for over 14 years. We are currently looking for a results-driven Credit Marketer to expand our portfolio and nurture high-value corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and structure asset-backed and trade finance transactions to drive portfolio growth.
- Identify, target, and cultivate corporate clients across key sectors including Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Agriculture.
- Prepare comprehensive information memorandums, credit analysis reports, and persuasive product presentations for prospective clients.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end processing by liaising with internal departments to meet agreed turnaround times for transaction approvals.
- Manage ongoing client relationships to guarantee high retention rates and exceptional service delivery.
- Achieve budgeted income targets and transaction volume metrics allocated by the organization.
- Compile and submit regular weekly activity reports to the Departmental Head.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in credit marketing, asset-backed finance, or corporate banking within the Nigerian financial sector.
- Strong working knowledge of ethical or non-interest finance principles and SEC regulations.
- Exceptional credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial modeling skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and portfolio growth targets.
