About the Role

As an SRC-certified institution running an interactive curriculum infused with a rich Nigerian flavour, we nurture children to be globally relevant yet deeply connected to their culture. We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Creche Minder to join our exceptional team and support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, compassionate, and constant supervision to babies and toddlers to ensure their safety at all times.
- Handle feeding, sleeping, nappy changing, and personal hygiene routines promptly and gently.
- Engage children in age-appropriate play, sensory activities, songs, and stories to support early motor, social, and language development.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all creche facilities, toys, and equipment.
- Observe children for signs of illness, injury, or developmental needs, reporting concerns immediately to the Creche Coordinator.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding daily routines, child wellbeing, and significant observations.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant certification or training in Early Childhood Care, Montessori, Nursery Education, or Nursing Assistance is a strong advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a professional creche, daycare, nursery, or school environment.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, or Child Safeguarding is highly desirable.
- Exceptional patience, emotional maturity, trustworthiness, and a genuine love for infants and toddlers.
