About the Role
Human Edge Consulting, a leading human resources consulting and staffing services company established in 1989, is seeking a Creative Production Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in translating creative concepts into exceptional deliverables while managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and vendor relationships. You will serve as the vital link between creative teams, production personnel, client service, and operations, ensuring seamless project execution across all creative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Translate approved creative concepts into practical production plans and schedules
- Develop comprehensive production timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate photoshoots, video productions, events, activations, and installations
- Manage projects through pre-production, execution, and post-production phases
- Lead creative teams, photographers, videographers, designers, and technical personnel
- Source, negotiate with, and monitor vendor performance and quality
- Prepare, monitor, and control production budgets against expenditure
- Conduct production readiness checks and ensure compliance with creative specifications
- Identify and mitigate production, safety, and logistical risks
- Document lessons learned and conduct post-production reviews
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Creative Arts, Theatre Arts, Film Production, Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in creative production, project management, advertising, media, events, or related sectors
- Demonstrated expertise managing creative projects from concept to completion
- Proven experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and production resources
- Strong background in budget management and timeline control
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
