About the Role
CIG Motor Ltd, the exclusive distributor of GAC Motor in Nigeria, is looking for a visionary and dynamic Creative Director to spearhead our creative operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead the creative direction across all brand touchpoints, overseeing design, motion graphics, video production, and digital content development. You will translate strategic marketing objectives into compelling, high-impact creative concepts that elevate the GAC Motor brand and resonate with the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive creative strategies and concepts for multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire an in-house team of designers, videographers, and content creators to deliver exceptional work.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality videos, photography, motion graphics, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure absolute brand consistency and adherence to global visual identity guidelines across all publishing channels.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends, digital technologies, and automotive marketing innovations to maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies, production vendors, and freelance talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- Must possess a robust portfolio demonstrating high-level creative direction and design execution.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in creative or design roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software, including the Adobe Creative Suite.
