We are currently seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Creative Designer – Motion & Graphics Specialist to join our dynamic Brand & Experience Management Unit in Lagos. In this full-time Officer 1 role, you will play a pivotal part in developing compelling visual and multimedia content that strengthens our brand identity and drives marketing success across diverse digital and corporate channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative creative concepts, storyboards, and visual content for corporate campaigns, programmes, and high-profile events.
- Produce and edit captivating promotional videos, reels, event highlights, and engaging social media content.
- Design striking motion graphics, animated assets, and branded templates optimized for various digital platforms.
- Design high-impact marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, digital banners, presentation slides, ads, and signages.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Branding team to ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Support periodic event coverage and execute high-quality post-event multimedia production.
- Refresh, modernize, and standardize marketing materials to maintain a cohesive and contemporary brand presence.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Proven professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, and advanced graphic design.
- High proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Exceptional storytelling, creative, and visual communication skills with a strong portfolio.
- Strong ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, social media content strategies, and web design fundamentals.
- Mandatory requirement: Applicants must currently reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Competitive annual gross salary ranging from N10,800,000 to N12,000,000.
