About the Role
Gracebridge Children & Lifeline Health Foundation is a dynamic, faith-led non-profit organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of orphaned and vulnerable children. We are currently seeking a talented, creative, and dependable Creative Content & Video Officer to help communicate our mission and impact through professional, highly engaging digital content. In this role, you will turn raw footage into compelling stories that capture attention, communicate our message clearly, and represent vulnerable children respectfully across Nigeria and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Edit high-impact, short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube with strong opening hooks and engaging storylines.
- Produce and edit interviews, advocacy campaigns, fundraising activities, and podcast episodes with accurate subtitles.
- Design branded graphics, promotional flyers, video covers, and thumbnails aligned with GraceBridge's official blue, gold, and white colour palette.
- Develop creative content ideas, contribute to strategic content planning, and write compelling captions with clear calls to action.
- Organise raw footage, project files, and completed media assets while managing revisions efficiently within agreed deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with the Project and Communications Officer and Directors while upholding our Christian mission and values through all creative outputs.
- Demonstrated experience in video editing and digital storytelling using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proficiency in graphic design using Canva or similar platforms to create professional visual assets.
- Excellent attention to detail with impeccable spelling, grammar, and subtitle synchronisation skills.
- Must possess a reliable personal laptop, a smartphone, and a consistently stable, high-speed internet connection to support remote workflows, virtual meetings, and heavy file uploads.
- A strong portfolio showcasing prior video editing and graphic design projects.
- Willingness and passion to work within, support, and authentically represent a faith-based organisational environment.
- Bonus qualifications include photography skills, podcast editing experience, basic animation, or social media analytics expertise.
