Key Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance the company's industry-leading reputation while cultivating robust relationships with clients and vendors across the assigned operational region.
- Produce comprehensive feasibility studies and strategic business plans to drive new business development opportunities in Nigeria.
- Oversee all offshore drilling operations for assigned rigs, ensuring uncompromising HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) performance.
- Manage regulatory compliance, client interactions, conflict resolution, supply chain logistics, personnel manning, and technical operations.
- Ensure optimal asset preservation, rigorous maintenance standards, and the successful execution of daily shore base duties.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in offshore drilling operations or a closely related maritime field.
- Proven leadership background holding senior management positions within the oil and gas drilling sector.
- Educational background including Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE/WAEC/GCE O'Level), alongside an OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree.
- Mandatory Nigerian residency, with a requirement to currently reside within Nigeria.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
