About the Role
Excel and Grace Consulting is a premier financial and business advisory firm in Nigeria, dedicated to operational excellence and sustainable business growth. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to coordinate and optimize our transportation and logistics activities, ensuring the seamless movement of vehicles, passengers, and operational resources.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate daily logistics, transportation activities, and approved schedules.
- Monitor vehicle deployment, movement, availability, maintenance, and overall utilization.
- Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate drivers and logistics personnel to ensure safety compliance.
- Identify and resolve delays, route challenges, and operational disruptions efficiently.
- Monitor logistics costs, maintain accurate fleet records, and prepare regular operational reports.
- Collaborate with Terminal Managers, vendors, and management to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with company transportation policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, or operations management.
- Strong expertise in transportation networks, fleet operations, and cost management.
- Proven ability to manage drivers, schedules, and time-sensitive operations under pressure.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Candidates residing in Warri, Delta State are strongly preferred.
