We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Country Manager to provide strategic leadership across our Nigerian operations, taking full responsibility for commercial growth, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overarching strategic leadership for the Nigerian business, aligning operations with the group's long-term commercial goals.
  • Drive commercial growth, revenue generation, and market expansion across drilling, procurement, and recruitment service lines.
  • Manage the comprehensive P&L for the country operation, ensuring operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
  • Strengthen key client relationships with major oil and gas companies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local regulatory frameworks, marine and offshore governance standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and mentor high-performing local talent, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
  • Manage operational risks effectively and coordinate with internal technical partners including Schlumberger Nigeria Limited and Gyrodata Inc.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • An MBA or Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum of 18 years of progressive leadership experience within the maritime, offshore, oil and gas, or logistics industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a country operation, major business unit, or large-scale operational function.
  • Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated history of successful P&L management and strategic growth.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and governance standards in the Nigerian energy sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
