Key Responsibilities- Perform and coordinate cost estimate preparation, estimating oversight, and rigorous quality assurance reviews for company-operated and partner-operated projects.
- Develop independent check estimates and schedules to compare against Operator-prepared submittals and participate in comprehensive project cost and schedule base assessments.
- Maintain strict change control management, deliver accurate cost reports, and coordinate comprehensive monthly progress reports.
- Collaborate effectively with project estimators, planners, schedulers, and client accounting personnel to meet regulated and non-regulated reporting requirements.
- Contribute actively to estimating group process efficiencies and ongoing quality assurance review process improvements.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering within a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience in project controls.
- Demonstrated experience in cost estimating, project planning, and schedule management within the oil, gas, or energy sector.
- Advanced-level proficiency in cost engineering software, project controls methodologies, and data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to negotiate, influence, consult, and mentor cross-functional teams.
