About the Role
Bee Shop E-Commerce Limited is a next-generation E-Commerce 5.0 platform transforming online shopping into an active co-creation model. We connect global retail with local offline services through our innovative Experience Officer Marketing (C2X) approach. We are currently seeking an energetic, persuasive, and charismatic Corporate Speaker / Business Trainer to join our dynamic team in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will conduct live training sessions, business presentations, and onboarding sessions for new partners, driving platform growth through exceptional public speaking and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-energy, engaging business presentations and training sessions to prospective partners at our Ikeja office.
- Clearly present and explain Bee Shop’s e-commerce platform, 3-Win model, and digital business tools to diverse audiences.
- Conduct hands-on, step-by-step mobile app onboarding and practical guidance for participants following presentations.
- Maintain an inspiring, welcoming, and professional classroom environment to maximize partner engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and recruitment teams to continuously improve presentation flow and attendee satisfaction.
- Track session attendance, audience feedback, and conversion metrics to optimize overall presentation performance.
- Proven professional experience as a Corporate Speaker, Business Trainer, Presenter, Event Host, or Public Lecturer.
- Exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities in English.
- Strong stage presence, natural charisma, and the ability to command and captivate a live audience.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the comfort of demonstrating mobile apps and online platform tools on a live screen.
- Persuasive and consultative approach paired with strong interpersonal skills.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and personal development.
- Must be readily available to work on-site at our corporate office located in Ikeja, Lagos.
