About the Role

Pan African Towers Limited is a premier telecommunications infrastructure and wireless service facilitator committed to bridging the broadband coverage gap across Africa. With ambitious plans to scale our operations significantly over the next five years, we are looking for a strategic and driven Corporate Finance & Treasury Manager to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will lead our corporate finance agenda, shape capital allocation strategies, and oversee our treasury functions to support our capital-intensive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and execution of debt facilities including term loans, bonds, and development finance funding with local and international lenders.
  • Drive end-to-end equity and capital-raising processes, managing investor targeting, due diligence, and term sheet reviews alongside legal and advisory teams.
  • Develop and maintain medium- to long-term financial strategies, robust financial models, and capital allocation plans aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Provide strategic oversight of foreign exchange exposure, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationship strategies in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive board papers, financial proposals, and investor updates to represent the finance function to external stakeholders and rating agencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or MSc is an added advantage.
  • Professional accounting or finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent is strongly required.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive corporate finance and treasury experience with a proven track record in debt and equity transactions.
  • Prior experience in telecommunications infrastructure or another capital-intensive sector is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
