We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Corporate Finance Manager to join our growing team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our financial strategies, driving capital investments, and supporting our vision of building a globally affiliated real estate and services network across the African continent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage corporate finance operations, including capital budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Develop robust financial models for prospective real estate developments and business expansion projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics for executive leadership.
  • Liaise with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders to secure funding and manage banking relationships.
  • Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies to maximize profitability across all business units.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of cognate corporate finance experience, ideally within the real estate, property development, or corporate services sectors.
  • Mandatory residency in Lagos, Nigeria, with an established understanding of the local economic landscape.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
