About the Role

Agusto Consulting, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agusto & Co. Limited, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Corporate Finance Manager for our innovative digital property platform. In this high-impact executive leadership role, you will spearhead our corporate finance function, guiding financial strategy, capital planning, fundraising, investment analysis, treasury management, and corporate development initiatives to enhance real estate solutions and mortgage accessibility across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive enterprise-wide financial planning, long-range business roadmaps, and capital allocation priorities to optimize profitability and return on investment.
  • Lead comprehensive fundraising campaigns, cultivating relationships with institutional investors, banks, private equity firms, and development finance institutions.
  • Structure and negotiate complex debt facilities, project financing, syndicated loans, and equity investments from initial pitch to financial close.
  • Evaluate high-potential investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships using advanced financial modeling and due diligence.
  • Oversee liquidity, cash flow forecasting, working capital, and treasury management to mitigate financial, foreign exchange, and interest rate risks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for investor relations, preparing executive presentations, board papers, and financial performance reports.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing corporate finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and strategic accountability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
  • Professional accounting or finance certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CPA are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance within financial services, fintech, or real estate sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in capital raising, debt structuring, valuation, and complex financial modeling.
  • Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive leadership capabilities.
