Fact Base Consulting is currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for a result-oriented, diligent, and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join their dynamic team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will shape the organization's voice, protect its corporate reputation, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute an integrated corporate communication strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels.
- Protect and enhance the organization's reputation by implementing robust issues and crisis management processes.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with government bodies, NGOs, investors, and local communities.
- Monitor and influence relevant policies and regulations to support corporate affairs goals.
- Build customer loyalty programs, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer satisfaction through targeted communication initiatives.
- Evaluate communication campaigns and provide actionable feedback on their overall effectiveness.
- B.Sc or HND in Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A Master's degree in relevant Social or Management Sciences is an added advantage.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience, with at least five (5) years in a senior management role.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
