Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute an integrated corporate communication strategy, ensuring consistent and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the design and implementation of sustainability programs, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, to meet corporate sustainability objectives.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, investors, and the local community.
- Protect and enhance the organization's reputation by proactively addressing issues, managing crises, and promoting a positive corporate image.
- Monitor and influence relevant policies and regulations to support the organization's corporate affairs goals.
- Oversee the preparation and publication of sustainability and ESG reports in compliance with industry standards.
- Manage a team of professionals within the Corporate Affairs and Sustainability department, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership.
- B.Sc. or HND in Business, Communications, Sustainability, or a related business discipline.
- A Master's degree in relevant Social or Management Sciences is an added advantage.
- Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience, with at least five years in a senior management role.
- Relevant professional certifications in sustainability, public relations, or corporate governance are highly desirable.
