We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Core Design Facilitator with deep subject-matter expertise to join our academic team. Key Responsibilities- Facilitate core Interior Design and architecture modules through engaging lectures and practical exercises.
- Teach technical drafting and 2D/3D modeling using industry-standard software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Guide students through space analysis, floor plan development, and adherence to relevant building codes.
- Lead practical design studio sessions, transitioning students from conceptual mood boards to detailed construction drawings.
- Supervise student portfolios and final capstone projects, offering critical feedback and professional mentorship.
- Integrate contemporary global design trends and material innovations to keep the ZIDA curriculum competitive.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./B.Tech) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or interior design studio.
- Advanced technical proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools, with Adobe Creative Suite experience as an added advantage.
- Proven background or strong aptitude in teaching, training, or public speaking.
