About the Role
Fhemfel Homes is a leading Nigerian company specializing in real estate, hospitality, investment, and project management. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Copywriter and Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms, including video scripts, social media, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and blogs. The ideal candidate is comfortable both crafting persuasive copy and creating engaging video content, including appearing on camera when necessary, to strengthen our brand and drive customer action.
Key Responsibilities- Write clear, compelling, and engaging copy for video scripts, social media, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and digital marketing materials.
- Create engaging video content for social media campaigns, including on-camera presence where required.
- Collaborate with the videographer and digital marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign messaging.
- Develop persuasive, on-brand content that aligns with the company voice and marketing objectives.
- Research industry trends, real estate developments, viral content, and target audiences to create impactful content.
- Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Optimize digital content for SEO to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Develop compelling headlines, taglines, slogans, and calls-to-action to generate qualified leads.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar marketing role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media content strategies, and SEO best practices.
- Ability to write persuasive, creative, and audience-focused content tailored to various platforms.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools and content management systems is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the real estate or investment sector will be an added advantage.
