About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Coordinator - Care to join our Human Resources team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing employee health services, managing medical schemes, and ensuring the highest standards of healthcare support for our workforce and their dependents.
Key Responsibilities- Map industry trends and generate comprehensive reports on various medical schemes and healthcare providers.
- Support quality assurance initiatives for healthcare providers and manage case tracking for proactive interventions and cost management.
- Enforce claims management Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain strong relationships with medical vendors.
- Implement innovative bill management strategies and educate staff on reversing negative healthcare cost trends.
- Oversee international medical evacuations and provide pre-travel support for employees on international assignments.
- Manage pre-employment health checks, expatriate healthcare services, and on-site clinic operations.
- Track, investigate, and report on sick leave, chronic illness monitoring, and lost-time metrics.
- Vet, analyze, and compile monthly medical bills for management approval and contribute to operational reports.
- Must be a Registered Nurse or hold a BSc in Nursing.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience in a reputable organization, preferably within healthcare administration or corporate wellness.
- Demonstrated expertise in medical claims management and vendor relations.
- At least intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
