About the Role
Grandville Medical & Laser is a premier international health, skin, and beauty care hub headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, offering comprehensive surgical, aesthetic, and emergency medical services. We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Trauma Center located in Lekki. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operational efficiency, exceptional patient care, strict regulatory compliance, and the achievement of strategic and financial objectives within the branch.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the overall daily clinical and non-clinical operations of the Lekki Trauma Center to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred healthcare services.
- Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of medical, nursing, administrative, laboratory, and pharmacy support teams.
- Drive revenue growth, monitor operational costs, and ensure the efficient utilisation of hospital resources to meet branch financial targets.
- Handle patient feedback and ensure the swift, professional resolution of all operational and service-related concerns.
- Maintain strict compliance with Nigerian healthcare regulations, organizational safety policies, and international quality standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous performance management of branch personnel.
- Prepare and submit accurate operational and financial reports regularly to executive management.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, Medicine, or a closely related discipline.
- A Master's degree or relevant professional healthcare administration certification will be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospital administration, clinic management, or trauma centre operations.
- Strong leadership, people-management, crisis response, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
