- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and health and safety compliance.
- Manage allergy reporting and ensure accurate signposting for all customers.
- Oversee kitchen budgeting, food ordering, and stock control efficiently.
- Proven culinary experience working in a high-end hospitality venue or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of national and intercontinental food trends and service styles.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and strong leadership skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
