Key Responsibilities- Participate actively in departmental rotations and structured training programs designed to build core technical and operational competencies.
- Assist project teams with research, data analysis, report generation, and daily engineering or administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges and support project execution.
- Maintain compliance with all company health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and mentors to support overall company objectives.
- HND qualification with Distinction or Upper Credit strictly required.
- Educational background in Engineering, Sciences, or Social Sciences.
- Must have successfully concluded the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
