About the Role
Musaby Nigeria Limited is a leading environmental services company dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant waste management solutions across Nigeria. We are currently building a pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project opportunities focused on immunization waste management. As a Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of specialized waste handling contracts in alignment with national environmental health standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end execution of immunization and healthcare waste management contracts across designated project locations.
- Ensure all operational activities strictly comply with regulations set by the Environmental Health Council of Nigeria (EHCON) and other relevant authorities.
- Coordinate logistics, collection, treatment, and safe disposal schedules for medical and immunization waste.
- Manage relationships with government stakeholders, project partners, and client representatives.
- Monitor project performance, mitigate operational risks, and prepare comprehensive progress reports for management.
- Supervise field teams, ensuring adherence to strict health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Environmental Health, Public Health, Waste Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in contract management, environmental services, or public health operations.
- Direct experience in healthcare or medical waste management will be a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management competencies.
- Familiarity with Nigerian environmental regulations and EHCON standards.
- Willingness to be deployed to Abuja or other states across Nigeria based on project requirements.
