A reputable facilities management company in Nigeria is looking for a dedicated Contract Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple contracted sites. Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and supervise comprehensive cleaning services across multiple client sites to maintain superior hygiene standards.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor cleaning personnel, managing staff schedules, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, conducting regular site visits and promptly resolving any feedback or service requests.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance procedures, Key Performance Indicators, and safety regulations compliant with Nigerian standards.
- Manage operational budgets, procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, staff metrics, and client satisfaction for senior management.
- Proven experience in cleaning operations management or a similar facilities management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sanitation standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Effective problem-solving skills regarding staffing, logistics, and equipment maintenance.
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage for operational vehicle allocation.
